I entered this session with a little trepidation, since introspection and talking about myself are not my preferred pastimes. John made it feel very natural, firstly by letting me talk and secondly by gently directing the conversation towards a purpose. He does not venture his own opinions, simply prompts you to seek your own clarity. In this regard, the session was a little like having a conversation with oneself, a far more lucid and pragmatic one at that. Thank you! I’ll be back.'
